1. Overview of Hygienic ReactorHygienic reactor product is a necessary equipment for intermediate buffer, liquid storage, stirring, dispensing and reaction in pharmaceutical, bioengineering, food and other industries, which mixes materials to meet the requirements of process production through stirring operation in the reactor. It has the characteristics of high hygiene and strict precision requirement. It can meet the requirements of no dead angle, easy cleaning and disinfection, and prevent pollution and cross-contamination.
2. Structure Composition of Hygienic Reactor Products Hygienic reactor products are composed of autoclave body (barrel body), autoclave cover (head), outer half pipe, upper mechanical agitator/lower magnetic agitator, transmission device (motor reducer), shaft encapsulation device, support (platform, leg), insulation medium, etc. Reactor system configuration mainly includes transmission device, mechanical seal device, temperature control device, cooling device, weighing metering device, liquid level metering device and so on.
3. Pipe Orifice Configuration of Hygienic Reactor ProductsThe tank body is equipped with manhole (or solid feeding inlet), inlet, outlet, mirror, spotlight, breathing outlet, thermometer, temperature sensor, cold and hot medium inlet and outlet, etc.
4. Hygienic Reactor Product FunctionThe batching tank has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation, mixing and metering. According to the requirements of production and technology, it can be designed with heating, cooling, low and high speed mixing system, sealed pressure system, vacuum system and metering system. For different mixing materials and the mixing effect required, the structure of the impeller can be adjusted to design turbine, propeller, anchor, frame, screw belt, magnetic mixing and so on. According to the proportioning of materials and the state of materials, weighing and batching can be selected. Flow metering or liquid level metering can also be used for batching.
5. Structural Characteristics of Sanitary Reactor Products5.1 Sanitary reactor product tank: inner tank SUS304 or SUS316L; jacket Q235-B or SUS304; outer insulation shell SUS304. The inner surface is polished by mirror, and the polishing Ra is less than 0.4 um. The outer surface is mirror or 2B transverse plate. Jacket form: According to different heating methods, different jacket forms are selected, including full jacket, half pipe jacket and detachable jacket. Insulation material: The foam is filled with Pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane to keep the temperature difference with the outside world, so as to achieve the effect of thermal insulation and insulation. Surface treatment of shell body: mirror polishing or 2B primary or 2B grinding surface matte treatment.
5.2 Top cover: The upper and lower ellipse (or butterfly) head structure is adopted. The inner surface is polished by mirror (roughness Ra < 0.4 um), and the outer surface is polished by mechanical polishing to Ra < 0.8 um.
5.3 Bottom structure: It is processed into R angle by spinning, and has no dead angle after welding and polishing with the inner tank body. It inclines to the direction of the outlet port at 5°, which makes it easy to discharge the material without residue.
5.4 Mixing device: mixing in the middle (eccentric) center at the top. The output shaft of the reducer is connected with the agitating propeller shaft by a detachable coupling, which is convenient for disassembly, assembly and cleaning. Mixing speed: 15-120 rpm (fixed speed or customized); mixing impeller type according to process requirements: frame type, anchor type, blade type, turbine type, etc. can be selected or designed according to customer's special requirements.
5.5 Medical and health level reactor configuration: electrical control box (including thermometer, liquid level measurement, pressure display, switch, indicator lamp, spotlight switch, etc.), manhole, inlet and outlet port, cold and hot media import and export, spare port, cleaning port, sterilization port, sampling port, temperature gauge port, pressure gauge port, vacuum port, etc.
5.6 Flanging process arc transition is adopted at the welding points of each inlet and outlet process opening and inner tank body, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead angle and beautiful in appearance. It meets the GMP standard of pharmaceuticals.
