Structural Composition of Stainless Steel Mixing TankStainless steel mixing tank is mainly composed of four parts: stainless steel tank body, head, jacket and mixing system. Additionally, mixing tank cover, jacket or coil, transmission device, shaft encapsulation device, insulation medium, support, coolant inlet and outlet, temperature sensor interface, PH automatic control system, pressure sensor, air breather, CIP interface and other components are set up.The tank body of stainless steel mixing tank is made of SUS304/316L high-grade stainless steel. The inner cylinder wall is polished by mechanical polishing or electrolytic mirror polishing. The outer cylinder wall is insulated by 304 fully welded structure, and the outer surface is treated by mirror or matt. The cover of the mixing tank is equipped with transmission device (motor or reducer), which drives the mixer in the tank to mix the material. The shaft encapsulation device adopts professional mechanical seal or matt treatment. Packing seal, good sealing performance, hygienic quick-open joint for outer connection of cylinder body, safe and hygienic without dead angle, in line with national GMP hygienic standard.In addition, it is equipped with temperature control device, temperature measuring hole, CIP automatic rotating spray ball, defoamer, baffle, air distributor, temperature sensor, mirror spotlight, liquid level meter and other equipment, which is convenient for manual operation and simple and reliable.3. Structural Characteristics of Stainless Steel Stirring Tank3.1 The stainless steel mixing tank body is made of SUS304/316L high-grade stainless steel. The inner and outer surfaces are polished. The polishing accuracy is less than 0.4. It is sanitary and has no dead angle, which can prevent the material from sticking to the wall and is easy to clean. The outer tank body is treated by wire drawing.3.2 The mixing system adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulating device, which can set different mixing speed according to the technological requirements and realize automatic control of the mixing process.3.3 Steam high temperature on-line sterilization can be realized in the stirring process, automatic control can be realized in the sterilization process, and the sterilization temperature is accurate.3.4 The selection of mixer equipment is diversified. Various types of mixer equipment, such as propeller type, anchor type, frame type, turbine type and magnetic mixer, can be selected according to different processes.3.5 The tank body of stainless steel mixing tank is equipped with a jacket insulation layer.
